Omega Two Bella & Gareth and the Indigo Kings in Ffwrn Doors open 12pm £10 BELLA COLLINS AND GARETH EVANS A Cardiff based acoustic duo, 2 voices and 2 guitars covering many genres including jazz, blues, ska, soul, funk, rock and roll etc. They got together first in 2014 and in that time have proved to be a great meeting of musical minds and have literally gone from strength to strength. They have played to packed out audiences at Brecon Jazz and Tenby Blues as well as being Aberjazz favourites. INDIGO KINGS The Indigo Kings play original ‘vintage pop’ songs inspired by the jazz, blues and swing beats of yesteryear. They magically fuse together foot-tapping swinging piano, soulful blues guitar & sassy sax; and blend it with dual harmony sweet and saucy vocals. The music is all original and primarily a mix of jazzy blues and swing, which melds together to make ‘vintage pop’. Not tied to a specific genre, the combination of influences and styles makes for an exciting blend of sounds; Take the boogie piano, blues guitar, funky bass and jazzy drummer and add delicious female vocals to give the sound something completely different. Cardiff based guitar/ukulele duo featuring Jane Williams on ukulele and vocals and Peter Mathison on guitar. Pete also plays guitar with The Bella Collins Band and Jane has the most wonderful voice. Something to really enjoy and savour on a Saturday afternoon.
